Analyze the following calls. Listen to each call twice. Keep track of the questions asked, follow up to the questions, volume of the speaker, politeness, pauses, and anything else that sticks out. Write down two good things that are good and two things that need improvement for each call. After you have done the pros and cons for each, write down what you think some of the themes for improvement may be.
