After reading through your responses on the wiimote wiki, I realized I needed to make myself a bit clearer on the expectation. Please rewrite your review of a website and its uses on google docs. DO NOT mess with the wiki today. Follow the directions below.

1. Find a website from my list of subjects on the Educational Websites part of mrmansour.com that could be used with a wiiboard. Do not choose thatquiz.org or another site that I have already reviewed.

2. Tell the subject area that this website applies to (reading, math, etc.) and the grade level it would best reach.

3. In at least 3 sentences, tell what you can do on the site and what it will help you learn.

Even if you felt like you already did a good job on this, make it better. We’ll review it tomorrow.

8th Algebra and Andrell

8th Algebra students: Since I am on retreat with the 6th grade and the wiimote presentation is tomorrow I need you to complete two things for me.

1. Go to the Algebra that quiz site and complete the review quiz. Everyone should do wonderfully on it.

2. Download the KindleLab application. Create some lesson related to algebra using kindlelab. (To put pictures, such as a graph into kindlelab, just drag them onto the kindlelab screen from your desktop). You’re going to have to play with it a little. It can do a lot more than just draw. Consider adding shapes and more from the supplies catalog. Make sure to save whatever you have done. The save button is in the navigation menu at the bottom.

Andrell - If you’re reading this, Ms. Vacha let you go on the computer. Go to thatquiz.org and choose from any of the math categories. If you have completed enough math quizzes, go ahead and give KindleLab a try.
